Posting:
While it is okay to post most things on Mega Topics, please refrain from posting inappropriate or illegal material such as Child Pornography or Beastility. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO post porn as an attachement on any occasion.
All moderators reserve the right to move or close posts that are not posted to the appropriate thread. In order to prevent your posts from being moved, please post to the right category. For example: Do not post gore in the Digital Room.
If you are classified as a "one poster", (someone who makes just one post), please be respectful and remain on topic. If you fail to remain on-topic, you will be warned. In order to keep the posts easier to read and operations running smoothly, please post within the appropriate topic and thread. The moderators will not tolerate double posting. The edit and multi-quote buttons are there for your convenience, please use them. If you are not a member plus you will not see these edit options. In this case, send a second post respectfully asking the mistake be deleted. Do not make one word posts like "thanks", "yes", "cool", or anything related to a one word post. Please use some intelligence when posting.
If you wish to post another website, you MUST have the approval of a moderator. You may contact them via private message or post.
Moderators will delete any post that contains all CAPS LOCK posts, this will not be tolerated and will be handled swiftly. You will have the opportunity to repost with the the proscribed parameters. Continued non-compliance will result in the appropriate action by the moderator (i.e. warnings)

You may have your banner on your signature only if it DOES NOT lead to your website. Although we allow URLs inside your signature, they must not be hyperlinks without prior approval from a moderator. You may post links to other parts of Mega Topics Forums.
For Avatars you may choose any image inside our "Avatar Gallery" or you may provide an HTTP address for one. Due to storage and bandwidth limitations we do not allow avatar uploads, we do however, allow upload of avatars for member plus and above.
You may NOT have anything that has Child Pornography, Pornography that includes nakedness below the waist, Bestiality, Rape, and Discriminating Photos. The same rules for signature warnings apply.
Repeat offenders will be banned from MT.
Exceptions to signatures containing larger photos may only be granted by moderators or admins. If you fail to stay within these parameters you will be warned by a moderator, once warned they will give you the option to remove/fix your signature. If you fail to comply after the 5th warning your activity on MT will be suspended until compliance is met. Moderators/Forum Leads reserve the right to change this rule without notice.
Spamming/Bomb PM's:
If you email more then one person about your website or for any other purposes other then MT related after being warned by the member you will be placed in Flame, Lame, Love, Hate and Pain section, no exceptions.
There will be no toleration for various new topics or a post with more than 1 reply after another. The purpose of a post is to merge all of the same topic together. In IE; If you have 86 links to download movie that are all say from "Joe Schmoe), place all the links in one thread, and that be that. Dont make 86 new topics, this causes the mods to get frustrated fixing your links to be all in one post. This takes more work on our end than on your end. What would have taken you 1 minute to do, take us 15. This will cause an immediate warn.
Once in this section you will be warned until you correct your actions.

Additional Terms:
If you are a paying member, you must continue to behave in such a way as to remain a member in good standing. Repeated violations of the rules will result in banning and forfeiture of membership payments, there will be no refunds.
If at anytime in the forums you mention your age, or we find out otherwise you are below the age stated inside the terms and agreements, you will lose member plus status, therefore you will not be able to view adult materials.
If you post OFF TOPIC, or try to hi-jack a thread in the serious discussion a numerous amount of times, you will first be warned and if you are a repeat offender, you will eventually be banned.
Bottom Line:
The bottom line is treat others how you would like to be treated.
Do not ever call out a Admin/Moderator/Forum Lead in the Flame section.
This will cause the post to get deleted and your account frozen.
When we send out testing emails every 3 months, your email must be valid. If it is not valid, we will ban your account and you will either need to re-register or use the contact form located at the top of the forum and let us know your username and your new email address.
