Forum Lead
The role of a forum leader is much the same as it is for an moderator with the exception to only being able to moderate the forums he is assigned to. Forum Leading means many things, but ultimately the role of forum lead is to check his/her forum threads for dead links, and watch for spammers. The Forum Lead is able to delete your thread, close your topics and edit your topics as they see fit if they are in violation of any rules. You must be a member for at least 3 months with a post count of at least 250.
Moderator
The role of a moderator is much the same as it is for an admin. Moderating means many things, but ultimately the role of moderator is to check threads for dead links, watch for spammers, and members that generally are in violation of the Rules And Guidelines. The Moderator is in high power to warn people, remove posting privileges, and ban them if the violation is severe. You must be a member for at least 6 months, have a post count of at least 800 and a forum lead for at least 1 month to become a moderator.
Assistant Admin
The role of a Assistant Admin is much the same as it is for an Admin. Assistant Admins have a lot of power; they can ban, delete, remove just about anything on the board including members. They do not need approval for anything, they are basically in the same class as an Admin, the only difference is they are not of orange color when they are logged into the board. You must be a moderator for at least 6 months to become a assistant admin.

*The terms of become a part of staff, can be waived by Admin or two level tier, for instance an Assistant Admins can approve a forum lead, but not a moderator.
